The black-line flying fox
The maximum length of the black-lined flying fox can reach 15 centimeters, but because their life span can exceed 10 years, they generally reach this size within two years, which can be said to grow very slowly.
The fins of the black-lined flying fox are transparent or slightly milky white, and do not have any yellow or red color. The black stripes extend from the nose to the bifurcation of the tail, and the edges of the stripes are zigzag (zigzag). The black color of this stripe will fade significantly when it is stressed or fighting. The lower part of the body is silvery white, with no bright stripes on the black upper part, but the entire upper part of the body is brown and the edges of each scale are black, which makes it look like a mesh from above. Some black-edged scales may grow underneath the black stripes.
The Black-lined Flying Fox has a pair of extremely small, forward-facing tentacles that are folded toward the cheeks when swimming or resting. In young fish, long black stripes are also easy to see, but until the length reaches 5 to 7 cm (2 to 3 inches), the appearance of the scales with black edges and the black stripes cannot be clearly seen. Glyph margins. The length of fish sold in aquarium stores is generally 3 to 5 centimeters (1 to 2 inches).
