Introduction to the variety of Ivory Gorgeous Rainforest

A brief introduction to the species of the gorgeous ivory rainforest
The species of the gorgeous ivory rainforest

Poecilotheria subfusca is a relatively rare species. What is special about it is that the radiating white stripes on its back (or the spiny white stripes of the dwarf subspecies) are the biggest difference between its appearance and the species it belongs to. The abdomen of the adult Ivory Gorgeous Rainforest will also have a white spot on a black background that is unique among its genus, which is particularly eye-catching.
This species has been listed by Sri Lanka in 1993 as a species prohibited from trade collection and domestic sales. The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) joins the list of threatened species.
